Nadim Qureshi
After five years at WL Ross & Co., Qureshi co-founded BPGC Management LP (BPGC) and serves as Managing Partner. He has public company board experience with Nexeo Solutions, Diamond S Shipping, and International Seaways, and has led major global transactions, including the $510 million acquisition of DuPont’s clean technology business and the $500 million deSPAC of Nexeo Solutions. He brings deep industrial and advanced materials expertise and holds a B.S. and M.S. from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Northwestern University.

Stephen Toy
After 20 years at WL Ross & Co., Toy co-founded BPGC Management LP (BPGC) and serves as Managing Partner, as well as a Board Member of Permian Basin Materials. He brings extensive board and management experience, developed through roles at Plascar Participações Industriais SA, WL Ross Holding Corp., Rothschild, and WL Ross & Co., along with deep global transaction expertise and a strong executive network. As part of a private equity consortium, BPGC acquired DuPont’s clean technology business for $510 million and later completed the $500 million deSPAC acquisition of Nexeo Solutions. He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany.

Lord William Astor
A British businessman and Conservative Peer in the House of Lords, he previously served as a Minister under Prime Ministers Margaret Thatcher and John Major from 1990 to 1997. He has held numerous board roles across public and private companies, including Networkers International Plc, SocialGO Plc, Canadian Overseas Petroleum Ltd., Silvergate Media Ltd., Chorion Plc, Urbium Plc, Ancroft Tractors Ltd., and Cliveden Securities Ltd., and was also involved in the $500 million deSPAC transaction of Nexeo Solutions.

Larry Kudlow
An American politician, strategist, and economist, he most recently served as Director of the National Economic Council under the Trump Administration. He began his career at the New York Federal Reserve, later holding financial sector roles at Paine Webber and Bear Stearns, where he served as Chief Economist. He entered public service as Associate Director for Economics and Planning under the Reagan Administration and also hosted CNBC’s primetime program The Kudlow Report. He holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester.

Nick Peterson
Nick Peterson is a Principal at BPGC, responsible for transaction sourcing and execution. He has focused on special situations, distressed, and turnaround investments at Platinum Equity, WL Ross & Co., and Lantern Asset Management, and previously worked in investment banking at Moelis and Citi. He began his career in the financial advisory group at PFM and holds a B.S. in Accounting, Finance, and Management from Saint Francis University and an M.S. in Finance from Villanova University.
